Working with students over several years has given me a lot of insight into which resources are worth using!
The resources that will be most helpful to you will depend on what Key Stage you are in and what exam board you will be assessed in so all my picks are sorted out into categories already for you.

A tried and tested favourite! Bitesize has lots of fab summaries, video clips and simple tests, which are a great start to learning and revising Science at KS3.
All-in-One Revision and Practice Book By Collins

Collins always produce great books - this one is clear and simple but it still covers all the key concepts you should be familiar with during KS3 Science. It also includes practice questions and answers so you can test your knowledge.
KS3 Science Complete Study & Practice by CGP

CGP are well known for their revision guides, and for good reason! They include loads of practice questions to help you prepare for in-class tests. This book also comes with an online edition so you can revise from your laptop or computer even when you don’t have the book itself to hand.
GCSE - all exam boards

A tried and tested favourite! Bitesize has lots of fab summaries, video clips and simple tests, which are a great start to learning and revising Science at GCSE.
GCSE - AQA
Revision Flashcards by collins
FREE
A fantastic resource for some basic revision flashcards that can be used to test your knowledge quickly. Although they don’t cover everything in detail they are a great place to start. Make sure you choose the right download as there are different sets for Combined and Triple, as well as Foundation and Higher. Parents, spend 5 or 10 minutes quizzing your child using these to keep them focussed in the run-up to exams!
Combined Science Trilogy Higher All-in-One Revision and Practice by collins

For students on the Combined Science Trilogy course I can’t think of any better resource than this. The book covers all the necessary topics and although it is marketed as Higher, it is just as good for Foundation students as they can simply miss out the Higher only topics. It has all the information and practice questions you could need to get your revision off to a great start.
